What to Expect
All sessions begin with a greeting from your friendly SUP guide. After you have been fitted with a buoyancy aid and equipped with a paddle, you will receive a safety briefing and demonstration from your guide to teach you a few basic strokes that you can develop once on the water.
Next, your group will be taken out onto the water (with help available from our team if required) and the fun can relay start. Whether you choose one hour or two, you will develop skills, build your confidence, and explore the beautiful area.

Equipment and Safety
All equipment is covered by the cost of your hire, with no hidden fees. For safety reasons, we do ask that all under-18s on our tours have an adult to accompany them. There is a minimum group size needed for the tours to run, but if you’re a smaller group just give us a call- we’ll see what we can do!
